Shipping and return policies for Negative Gravity

Shipping Info

Item(s) from our available stock will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please refer to USPS formatting when providing a shipping address. Orders will be shipped within 4 days of purchase, and delivered within 14 days of purchase on items in stock. Items not in stock can be ordered from our supplier but will take longer.

Items shipped through Printful will be subject to Printful's shipping policy. We will provide you a tracking number so you can track your order. If an order is late or does not arive, please email wildcardrock.og@gmail.com and use the subject line "Bandcamp Late Delivery"

Return Policy

By purchasing items from Negative Gravity through Bandcamp, you agree to the following terms:

All purchases will include shipping costs for your order. All shipping costs will include the cost of shipping the order, transaction fees, and processing fees.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless void or prohibited. Item sales cannot be cancelled after purchase has been completed, and item(s) cannot be returned.

If item(s) arrives damaged, please contact wildcardrock.og@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will exchange your item without any additional cost. Please use the subject line "Bandcamp Item Return", or your email may not be answered.

Item availability and pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Updates to item listings, including but not limited to: production details, corrections to listing errors, and product removal are subject to change at any time without notice.

Most merch orders are fulfilled using drop shipping through Printful. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances outside of Negative Gravity's control will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued. This can include, but is not limited to: invalid address, unpaid fees, unavailable stock, and system errors.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Negative Gravity of late or undelivered shipments through wildcardrock.og@gmail.com. Any order is assumed to be delivered unless we are notified by the buyer. When contacting us, please use the subject line "Bandcamp Late Delivery", or your email may not be answered.

Tickets are non-refundable and buyer will not be reimbursed if they do not attend the event.
